How long are the lease contract terms?

Anywhere from 1 day to 10 years

Do I have to leave a deposit?

A 2 months rent deposit is required for a 1 year licence.  Anything shorter than 1 year we require a 1 month rent deposit

Can I decorate my own office space? 

Yes, but this is by agreement only

Is there an onsite team to help with moving?

Unfortunately not, this is something we expect you to arrange yourselves

What IT support is available? 

We will connect you to our internet and arrange for your phones to be set up and running straight away

For any other requirements we can provide an IT service for £80 per hour plus VAT 

How do I book meeting rooms?

You can do this via our online Portal or via the receptionist

How many parking spaces do I get? 

Parking spaces are subject to availability

Is there a gym?

Yes. We have a gym onsite which is £50 per annum plus VAT

How far are the nearest airports?

We are 45 minutes to London Heathrow, 1 hour to Gatwick

How often are the trains to London? 

The trains are every 15 minutes to London Waterloo.  Mortlake Train station is a two-minute walk from our offices with regular fast trains (20 minutes) into London Waterloo. Mortlake is also 12 minutes direct to Clapham Junction, via Putney and Barnes.
